Insurance Asset Risk is pleased to announce that the second annual Responsible Investment for Insurers conference will take place in London on 21 October 2024.

Sustainability considerations are now part of day-to-day investing, and insurers have been at the forefront of making sustainable investing mainstream. Insurers are now focusing on decarbonizing their investment portfolio and helping the transition to a low-carbon economy, yet this doesn’t come without challenges. Beyond the traditional issue of data and measurements, insurers are faced with ‘existential’ choices such as carbon vs returns, environment vs society.
