Lecture: NHL Stenden - Discover the application of AI for a sustainable world

During the Expedition through the FUTURE, we introduce visitors to the world of circularity and sustainability. One of the parts of this event are the lectures. These take place in the Energy Knowledge Center Leeuwarden, which will be transformed into the listening tower during this event.

NHL Stenden - 'Discover the incredible application of AI for a sustainable world'

This lecture is given by Dr. Klaas Dijkstra, Professor of Computer Vision and Data Science at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. In his lecture "Discover the Incredible Application of AI for a Sustainable World" he takes the audience on an exciting journey through the possibilities of image processing and AI. He will mainly speak with examples about applications of image processing and AI, on which he specifically focuses on the broader social context and the technical solutions.

 During the lecture, Dijkstra will present several examples in which these techniques are applied to address sustainability challenges.
