Guided tour, panel discussion and quiz evening - Milieustraat

A major change is needed in the way we deal with raw materials and waste in order to tackle the waste of raw materials and the depletion of our earth. At the thrift stores of Foenix and the recycle square of Circulus, people are working hard to give products a second life by means of Reuse, repair and refurbishing/upcycle and, if there is no other option, to recover raw materials (recycle) as much as possible.

On Monday 11 September you can see with your own eyes what is happening at Foenix from the moment items are handed in for sale in the thrift store. This is followed by a tour of the recycle square at Circulus for a unique look behind the scenes.

After the guided tours, a panel discussion will take place with the theme “What is possible”. In it, we hear practical tips, and inspiring stories from green doers, sustainable pioneers, dissenters and change agents.

The evening will end with a fun quiz from Flask where you can win fun and practical reusable/refillable quality products
