Refreshment breaks and lunch are included in their event ticket. After the conference, attendees can enjoy free access to CenterParcs Subtropical Swimming Paradise until 9 pm, or explore the vast grounds at their leisure. At the time of the conference, CenterParcs will be hosting their Winter Wonderland exhibition from 5 pm, which attendees are welcome to explore.

They are welcome to book any of the other activities offered by CentreParcs at their own expense, but they must exit the CenterParcs village by 10 pm.

The dress code for the event is business/casual attire, and parking is available on site.
