Culture and pro-environmental behavior in industrial and service contexts

The conference aims to deepen the orientations of industry and services towards the new frontier of behaviours aimed at preventing environmental risk and implementing sustainability paths.

We will discover why the combination of industry, services and the third sector, with a focus on the human factor, allows us to accelerate sustainability policies.

The meeting will be an opportunity to share new concrete tools to measure, encourage and build new technical skills and soft skills to evaluate environmental behaviour and implement new training courses for managers, decision-makers and operators.

From the meeting and collaboration between industry and psychological sciences, the results of the most recent research on organizational factors and individual differences that define potential barriers and opportunities for the adoption of such behaviours in working contexts will be shared.

New initiatives and tools aimed at raising the perception of environmental risk and sustainability and defining related rules and principles applied in the sectors of energy, renewable resources and infrastructure construction will be discussed.

The initiative is aimed at directors, managers and specialists from the world of industry and services, with particular reference to the functions of Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Talent Development, Risk Management, and Human Factors.
