Net Zero Neighbourhoods is a UK initiative by 3Ci* that aims to integrate local net zero projects into attractive investment opportunities by achieving scale and offering long-term certainty to investors. How would such a programme be adapted for cities and neighbourhoods in countries in the global south? What specific challenges might be encountered in these regions and how could they be overcome?
