Deutsche Borse, a global exchange organisation, announced the launch of its ESG visibility Hub, an information service that allows Frankfurt Stock Exchange issuers to publish their ESG data on the exchange's website, increasing transparency for investors and allowing for greater integration of ESG factors into investment decisions.

Investors and other market participants may now obtain information on individual sustainability issues on the Borse Frankfurt website, in addition to current corporate data. Issuers will be able to give ESG ratings, important numbers, and sustainability reports, among other things. The hub's introduction, according to Deutsche Borse, comes as investors demand greater transparency from corporations when it comes to sustainability. ESG rating providers can utilise the information given in the service to calculate ESG scores and ratings.

The platform also intends to boost investor visibility into small and medium-sized businesses, according to Deutsche Borse. The ESG KPI Report, a new and specially developed format with an accompanying best practise guide, is being offered by the exchange organisation to smaller companies that have not previously reported on sustainability to enable them to disclose their activities efficiently and comparably. The KPIs are based on internationally accepted reporting standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB, and the German Sustainability Code (DNK).
