Tim Goodman before, joining Schroders, served for 14 years at Federated Hermes, recently as Director of Engagement, where his focus was on the energy, technology, consumer goods and retail sectors. He also served as Company Secretary at the UK-listed Domestic and General Group plc.

Goodman is now a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, as well as a previous member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Council of the US Council of Institutional Investors and the former chair of the UK Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Committee.
