Vasper Energy ties with Zoetis to power 33% of its North American Operations

Vesper Energy, a leading developer, owner, and operator of utility-scale renewable energy assets said today that it has signed a 15-year virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) with Zoetis, the world's largest animal health firm. Vesper will provide more than 40 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy to the grid, enough to meet approximately 33% of Zoetis' expected energy needs in North America.

"As we work toward our renewable energy goals, partnering with Vesper Energy to make our North American operations cleaner and more sustainably fueled is another milestone in our sustainability journey."
Vesper's 500MW Hornet Solar project in west Texas will provide solar energy, which is expected to be completely operational by the end of 2023.
